I'm in super soil, but these autos are in Coco right now in degradable seedling pots. I'm thinking maybe the roots have escaped into the SS and it might be some kind of nute burn. I really have looked and it's not a fungus. Well I don't think so, it seems to be coming from within the leaf.

Hi @MrFloGrown420 and welcome to the forum! :welcome:
Since it is just that one leaf, I will hypothesise that one root has escaped the confines of the inner pot and has hit the super soil and didn't like what it saw. The last picture showing the mottled leaf actually worries me more than the other damage, that suspiciously doesnt quite look like a burn, but we will see. Tell us about your super soil. Let's see how hot it really is.

Hey! It's basically subcools jus a lil tweak. Day 7 with the 1st rust spot and 1st day of leaf curl. It's not much on this strain that I have found. But the leaves feel healthy. No leathery feel or dryness. Also I'm noticing in my pic gallery. Some of the super soil got on top of my coco. Here's the plant right beside her. (Did strain) I assume fungi would spread, right? Idk ‍♂️

Here's the recipe.
@Emilya it's a lil hot rn lol I know I'm supposed to wait 3 weeks for ss but I didn't want to transplant. I'll learn from this and gladly post an update on this issue. Everybody seems to ask about the problem but never lets the forum know what they did to remedy the situation. Thanks!

Sorry MrFlo, but we were out all day, and I am just getting to this. You nailed it just now though... you just can't use uncooked soil and expect good results. Three weeks even is hardly enough for super soil. I waited a month on my first round, very eager to get going, and I rushed my soil too. That first grow was horrendous and I started running into problems in late veg. My soil wasnt as hot as yours is now though... egads. And instead of just at the bottom 1/3 of the container, you have immersed them in it. Double egads.

No I must have said it wrong. The Soil cooked over a month before use. 3 weeks is when I'm suppose to transplant a photo period plant into it, I wanted to try and skip this to prevent transplanting. The biodegradable pots don't hold up tht long is what I'm coming to realize. But the soil was made almost 8 weeks before it hit these pots. Sorry if I said it wrong earlier. But I will keep an update. Hope ya had a good day tho @Emilya

well, thats a little better, but as I found out, a month isnt long enough either. That soil right now has some nuclear active hot zones in it where the pH is off the scale. Other parts are fine, but that soil still needs to cook and then get mixed up real well before it is ready ... especially for seedlings. And then, seriously... i wouldnt put a transplant into a full container of supersoil, even cooked. It is just too much. Bottom third... let the roots find it and adapt... but to force them into it like this... egads.
