Plantula and vegetative

Hi hello it s my first time growing and i m using DAYLIGHT 200 W with drimmer of 20/40/60/80/100 .i would like to know for the phases of Plantula and vegetative how far I should put the light and Wich drimmer I have to use for both phases. Thanks in adv

Impossible to know with a specific lamp, someone will chime in with something more technical like DLI [don't ask me lol]
Trial and error has taught me everything I know so instinctively I'd guess 20% @12-18" to start, see if they stretch

Welcome to 420Magazine my friend.
Start off low wattage 24 inches or so.
Gradually turn it up as they grow.
Hard to tell for sure though.
Need specs for the light.
