Please help - Leaves turning brown and curling - Beginner grow

I have a plant where the leaves are turning brown and yellow. Im new to this. Ive researched problems but it is so overwhelming with all the dif deffencies it could be. Someone plz help me. I want this to grow healthy an have a decent yield. All answers welcome. Pics are included. Thanx

finally figured out how to add pics. I'm a newbie and I don't know what this is. but I know its steady climbing upward and its getting worse. my plant is starting to preflower. I need to fix asap. I really want to save this one. plz help. all answers welcome. thanx
