hi all i need a little help. i got seeds and they have been growing from seed. what i need to no is how long do i have for them to be flowering for before they make the rest of them male

when you switch to 12/12 ...in two weeks you'll see the pre flowers (male or female)

They put out pollen quite early, so you want to find them as early as possible, but yes, if you take the males out, they will not pollinate the females.

You've got a huge amount of information at your fingertips baby... a simple google search would do just fine, but here's a link to the info you're after.
How do I determine a female sex plant from a male?
Check the "grow room" forums section... there's a huge library of info on this topic and SO many other topics.
The male plants will develop little oval balls of pollen often remind me of little grape clusters. You can recognize them before they develop the little oval balls of pollen, but I, personally, always wait until I see the small oval balls before I pull mine.
