Problem with plant leafs

yesterday i notice that my plant leaf start going crazy and dunno why any1 know what the problem is?

What feeding regement are you useing? ........Back off on your nutes and feed plain H2O for a few days and that should flush your root zone and allow your little one to correct the leaf curl. Stay safe and good growing......................................

can u please explain me step by step what to do coz i`m i bit scared about my plant?? it was okay till 2 days now i get very sad
