My 1 week old plant question

hey my plants been growing for almost 2 weeks and the tip of one leaf turned brown can any1 tell me what may be the cause of it?

also i went to home depot and i saw a 300 watt cpl light using 68watts and producing 4200 lumens would that be good enough for the rest of my plants life?
