Propagator for seedlings

Hi I have question about propagator to keep my 2 day old seedlings I have low humidity in my grow tent (35%) so best idea to increase it is to buy propagator for how many days I can keep them in it ? Also my temp is 23 celcius degree in the grow tent for what temp I have to watch out to not "boil" them inside propagator?

If they are in small cups you can put a baggie over and rubber band it on like a little greenhouse.

Alternatively a high dome mini greenhouse with heating pad under.
