Seedling not growing - Help me please

This is my first grow ii have 5 plants all the same. Not growing past this stage. What could be wrong? they are 3 weeks old and i am wondering if i should start feeding them or should i wait until they start growing if they grow? please help

Over watered? Under lit? From seed or breaking soil? cfl?led? Window ledge? Give us some more details so we know what you are working with and how. Then we can start to see what's wrong.

ya what type of soil are you using looks rocky but the plants look like a PH problem the seed does not need any food for a week to two weeks after that do a 1/2 dose of your pick of frets you'll be fine if you fix it ASAP
