Setting up a DIY quantum board

Cheers all,
I am finally ready to set up my quantum board and I don't want to mess up. My biggest concern is connecting the mean driver to power cord. It would help me greatly if some one could actually walk me through the process or send me to a site that does. I have been to led gardener site and he touches on almost everything but the power hookup. I'm in Canada so I would need info pertaining to our electrical systems. Thanks in advance for all and any help provided.

Cheers everybody, Well it took more time than I wanted but grow tent and light are operational. Just in time as girls were getting cramped in makeshift set up. I have a couple of pics, hopefully they attach.
