Should I be worried?

Hey guys, I’ve had a problem going on with my plants for a couple of weeks that seems to be spreading and 1 of them recently turned light green (hungry or root problems) in the last week. I admit that I neglected to give them enough nutes at times but I’ve been trying to correct that. Some updated pictures from my last thread are posted at the end. Also another thing that might be worth mentioning is...., can it damage plants if I use co2 bags that are about 1 year old?
Autoflower Strains - expert gorilla (x3) + Royal Kush Auto (is light green)
Lights 18/6 - led’s 1000w(x2), 600w(x2) + + 125w cfl (at bottom facing up)
Nutes - green planet (1 part kit)
Temp - day=77f-81f, night=70f-74f
Humidity - 50-55%
Pot Size - 3 gallon fabric
Age - 5-6 weeks

What do you think I should have the ppm’s at to start with!, is 1,300 enough?
