Since you didn't say what medium you're growing in, I am going to guess that it's soil. In that case, 4-6 gallons of RO or distilled water will do it.
Put it in the bathtub and run 1 gallon through her. Let everything settle out. Repeat. Now keep running the water through her as fast as it will drain out. Keep going until you notice a very distinct change in the runoff water to the clear side (If you are in soil it will never be totally clear). Try to keep in mind that you are "washing" the roots and grow medium.
The plant will look over watered for several days. Let the medium really dry out and run another gallon through her. Let her dry and go back to your regular water/feed schedule.

i would say she looks over watered now.what kinda lights are you using?the plant looks starved and stunted

yep if the roots don't get to dry out the thing will choke
the roots need o2 make sure the pots dry before you water it
it helps knowing the dry weight of the pot
