Stunting Growth size?

'ello.. i was wondering if there was a way to stunt the growth of plants so they dont get tooo tall indoors. maybe a trimming tech? i know you can tie down.. but im not really into that. let me know what you have.

box dimensions: 5'5" Tall 4'5"wide. Something like that (not real sure anymore)
-(Box has Way to make taller if needed)-


with 100w MH lighting.. trying to fit 2X plants in box and not trying to have them big. also have 100WHPS light. possibly can split box in half for veg/flower cycle.

Plants don't grow a lot in cooler conditions, keeping the plant rootbound, training and certain additives all will help keep height down. But most also cause stress to a degree too.
