Got five girls that are going to be up potted from 3L pots to 5 gallon cloth bags. New ff happy frog with a 20% coco. Do I add my mega crop nutes to it right away or should I wait until the second watering?

I read the thread everyday. My question isn't about mega crop products. My question is do I hold off starting to use them as all new growth is in new unused soil. As a plant starts out in new soil its normally three to four weeks before you use nutes as theres enough in the soil to sustain the youngster. Are these 18 inch veg plants able to flourish in just the new soil nutes or do I need to supplement the soil?
