Videos have to be hosted by Vimeo or YouTube and then embedded as per that tutorial above.
Reason is that hosting videos takes a massive amount of server space, which is expensive, and we just don't have the room.
So if you can upload your work to one of those sites, then embedding it here is easy peasy.
