Upside down leaves

Hey guys I'm new to growing as this is only my second time first time was a success and this time is going okay until now I woke up and noticed the leaves were upside down? Is this a problem or are they okay? They are gang banging

Hi... Not sure what you have for a grow set up, So it maybe a little hard to help you out with no info on the grow and no pictures to reference.. lol... but thats ok, with turned over leaves it could be a number of things... It could be from a swing in temp from hot to cold too much... or the plant is trying to turn its leaves for more light if its not getting enough light in that specific area, and if your fan is pointed right at them that could be the cause of them to flip over their leaves too. It could also be that you over watered or used to much nutrients. If you could add a picture that would be a great help on figuring out whats really going on!
