Veg light recommendations

Planning a veg cabinet build. Will literally be a 4Lx2Wx4H cabinet mounted on wall. Looking for suggestions on lights that are low heat emitting but still give good results vegging. The cabinet will only be housing a 5gal tote for dwc seedlings & at max 3 seedlings for soil in 3 gal fabric pots.

I would build a 2 x 4 light to fit the cabinet exactly.
Very low heat, plenty of light and fully dimmable.

I literally run mine as close as I can without the edges of the canopy being dark.
They removed my link, in all fairness the way I typed my message did make me sound like a chinese dropshipper, but there are a lot of brands on Amazon with 5500-6500k 4ft shoplights, I would link some other but I assume they'll all be removed, if you google "

Youll see the ones I like most, but they're a little more expensive but are 7" wide opposed to the usual 4" width, so you get nearly the same coverage anyway
Also, these are 6500lumens (both the 5500k and 6500k) model, your canopy penetration will be optimal at 3-5" above canopy if I had to guestimate
