Thank you.

A plant will flower outside as long as the nights are long enough to induce flowering.

Intense sunlight will shock your plant-gradually introduce it to full sun conditions (2 days of shade,2 days of semi shade, then full sun.)

Planting in the ground is fine,as long as you're sure you wont ever need to move it.

Let it mostly dry out, then lay the pot on it's side to slide the plant out-try not to get too much direct sun on the roots-they hate that.

Remember that moving outdoors will introduce it to a crapload of pests,so read up on how to deal with them before it's an emergency.
