The tallest one is only three feet is this normal

Normal is relative, growing in a container is one thing outdoors is different too. Plants will stretch if artificial light is not strong enough or spaced too far away - but could also be genetics too. Some phenos are lanky

What’s your lighting & distance to top of canopy?

ive seen 10/12 week autos go to 15 weeks , the banks kind of fib and like to push the sales a bit quicker , if i top an auto i give an extra week or two also

HPS they have more red spectrum , you need more blues in veg, what did you veg with ? , the more blues the better the plants ,
