Wet Promix HP

I recently bought a couple fair sized bags of Promix HP and realized when I got home that one of the bags is easily twice the weight of the other. Obviously got wet somewhere along the line before I got it.
Can I still use the wet bag?
Does this stuff mold or become something we don't want to grow in?
I know it gets wet from watering and feeding but it also gets a chance to dry out between feedings.

If you can I would open it and mix it up some to prevent mold.

I would have no issue using it as long as you go through it to make sure there is no mold.
