What happened?

I'm not sure what is going on here. This is my second run of this lemonjack. first went extremely smooth. this one looks like a little bit too much something?
Any information?
Ideas?

FYI - Soil 40%, composted (worms) coco 40%, 20% perlite- ph 6.4-6.8

Cocos optimal Ph is 5.8

Not saying that’s the cause but it might start there.

I know you’ve got your medium mixed with worm castings. I’m pretty sure the coco would win though.

Thanks I'll check ph.
My coco is composted by worms for 3 months. the worms love it and stock pile it with nutrients. I might have gotten a little aggressive on the nitrogen.
Things look a bit better today.
Yesterday I Tuesday I flushed with 6.2 ph water.
