I have flushed 2 times. New growth comes out looking good but the yellowing of the leaves just keep moving up the plant. Then fall of the plant.

Are you checking your pH of your nutrient solution? Also the PPM?

Are you letting it dry out thoroughly between waterings? I just noticed one of my 3 pots kept getting heavier and heavier and my moisture meter confirmed that for some reason it was never drying out.
