What's the best lighting under £200 for good all-around use from clones to flower

After much research and time I believe this is the best value for my money right now. Dimmable QB kit in 3500k w. 660nm reds. Veg & Flower w. a boost in flower from the 660's. I would put 2 of these in a 4x4 but 1 could work in a 3x3. $167.81 shipped. Hard to beat for overall use and price.
