What's wrong with my plants?

Hey everyone,

I'm wondering what I've done wrong with my babies.

Strain - Bag seed
# of Plants - 2 both were fimmed, but only one with success, the other one got topped instead +LST
some shade fan leaves were clipped off.
Grow Type - Soil
Grow Stage - Vegetative 4th week
Bucket Size - 5 Litre
Lights - 4x 32w 6500k, 1x 20w 2700k, 1x 18w 4000k
Nutrients - natural BioHumus as my nutrient NPK (mg/l): 700, 300, 300 +CaO - 1100(mg/l), MgO - 200 (mg/l) +microsupplements, in addition with dolomite lime (not mixed with soil, only coated top of soil)
Medium - 100% soil
PPM - 1000-1100
PH - 6.5-6.9
RH - 40% to 55%
Room Temperature - 20 to 29 celsius
Room Square Footage - 4 sqf
Pests - seen some fungus gnats few times around soil
Supplemented with DIY CO2 bottle (yeast with sugar and water).
Those were flushed few days ago due to high ppm - 2500 down to 1000-1100. Sometimes I spray plain water on leaves, like once a day.
I've read tons of articles about growing, but still got much to learn, thanks for any help in advance

ph would be better dropping down to 60-65 so she can grab every thing she needs , the pebbles might be keeping your ph on the higher side , 100 percet soil with no perlite might hold a lot of extra nutes also

So should i transplant them into new pots with around 75% soil (it's with coco fiber i forgot to mention) 25% perlite (maybe squeeze there around 5% of dolomite lime?)?
What about dropping ph with vinegar ?
I'll remove half of keramsit pebbles (also got layer of keramsit at the bottom).
Anything other than that ?
