One word is pretty ridiculous to request. More infor is needed, but it looks mostly like zinc to me. Increasing the uptake of Phosphorus will aide in the uptake of zinc.

What lighting do you use and what is your pH. pH will effect what nutrients are absorbed.

Give us more info and we can do more to help.

How many plants? What Kind?
How old are they?
Indoor or outdoor?
How big is your area if its indoors and is it well ventilated?
What medium/soil are you using?
Whats the size of the containers?
What's your lighting set up?
What's the temperature and humidity like at any given time?
What's your ph like, both medium and nutes?
Any pests around?
What is your watering schedule ...

Deficiency. The stem of the leaf looks healthy, making me think there is something the plant lacks either due to a deficiency or possibly a ph imbalance; soil ph should be 6.5-6.8 and hydro/soilless should be 5.8-6.2.
