When to change the light cycle?

Well for mine i was 24/7 for two days and and then switched to 18/6for about 3 weeks then switched to 12/12 and have been since

Babies like it more humid than adults (60-90% if I am not mistaken) a lot of people use propagation domes for this reason.
When the first leaves appear you can allow the humidity to go down a bit as you don't want and fungus growing or anything of that nature.
My personal grow stays right around 30-40% and it can be brought up by misting regularly , adding a humidifier etc.
For the lights, you can switch to 18/6 as soon as you begin. The switch from 24hr to 18/6 will not cause any issues. It's the 12 hour dark period that will trigger flowering so you should be fine to turn back the hours anytime I would say.
