Why are some strains harder to clone?

How come some strains are harder to clone than others?

And can anyone reccomend some good strains fora first time grower?

I did my first successful clone last week of White Russian (WW and AK-47)from Joey Weed. Rooted in 10 days exactly. I'm pretty sure White Widows and Northern Lights are good choices for beginners. Great results and easy to clone!

How come some strains are harder to clone than others?

Genetics as you answered your own question. It took me several years before I realized this as well. I do not alter my cloning methods, and each variety comes out different in ratios of survival.
