Anyone - I need help asap on my girl

so I went dog sitting for a friend and I came back an I know I over watered her but shes looking a lot better then she did but now she has all this discoloration everywhere and im kinda worried.

shes 64 days old im using MG organic with straight up tap water no additives or chemicals shes under 12 24watt cfl lights any advice tips suggestions criticism's welcome

overall growth (size of the plant) looks surprisingly good. But I'm seeing some definite ph issues along with a possible phosphorus deficiency.
It does look a lot better than it should with MG and just tap water though. I would get that girl planted in some descent soil and look into some nutrients. Let her be all she can be!

What is the pH of your water?

Agree with TattooedJT, get some decent soil & nutes.
