Never grown before; did lots of research and followed my build based off "TheCapn" on this forum.

Layout; approximately 12x4x8; tailored off on how end with height of 4 foot for my veg/clone room. No mothers anticipated.

Started with random seeds, 1 black russian, and 4 clones from a friend.

Veg/Clone - 1 400w Metal Halide
Flowering - 1 1000w HPS
Basics, 8" Exhaust Fan - 10" Filter
DWC shallow style for veg/clones
Top Feed to RDWC for Floweres

I can't edit my post for some reason.

Goal - 2 month cycle. Grow 3 huge ones at a time.

Some general notes

I don't have a huge grow area, so trying to grow 3 monsters with my super hydro buckets I've made. Also, everything has at least 1 air stone in it. Everything is super oxygenated. All my nutrient buckets, tea, etc. All have airstones.

Grow medium Rockwoll cubes and hydroton clay on top.
Super HydroBuckets are using 10 Gallon Reservoir (keeping around 6 gallons in it), air stone in everything, lots of oxygen for roots. Using 7 gallon Air Pot.

I am stopping flushing and changing out water. If my PF is stable, and my plants/roots look happy sticking with the same water. See my latest pictures of my shallow DWC box's. The right side never got water changes, only nutes added; left side had water changes and ppm bumped up. Next time, I will just up the PPM with smaller changes. Changing half the water every 2-3 weeks seemed to stall the plant for a day. Transplanting from clone bucket to individual DWC I take 3-4 cups of water to get it going.

I'm a strong believer in beneficial bacteria, you will be wondering what is growing in the bottom of your reservoir but this brown stuff seems to be good for the roots. In my clone box I have two 10" air stones, in my two plant shallow water system, I use one 10" air stone (I'm retiring these square designs for individual 2 gallon buckets, I want to test how many nutrients I can do without killing the rest).

I mist/foiler spray with 5.5 water on everything twice a day or more. Depends on my humidity levels. I especially do this after feeding nutrients to help rinse any spill on leaves.

Maintaining 6 plants isn't hard. Veg/Clone I'm watering once a day, two cups of water, sometimes I let it go a day without watering if it is super saturated. My temps are fairly cool, < 75 F; Humidity around 40-60%. I set a heat mist humidifier on days I have low humidity. I always turn it off at night to allow < 40% humidity. I've transplanted from these 6" pots to the square ones; retiring the square ones for individual 2 Gallon DWC.

Water temps are less than < 75F, usually around 65 - 70 F.

3/9 - S1 started (9 of 10 seeds failed)

3/21 - (New seeds) S2, S3, 1-4 PK Clones started (switched from soil to rockwoll/hydroton, trimmed yellowing leaves), new growth in center.

3/23 - Started Black Russian, S4, S5, S6; using Aqua shield, Rapid start, Orca 180ppm ph 5.5. Deep water cluture air stone. Watered twice today with this mix. Air stone running 24/7. Room temperature 74F, Humidity 55%; using 5.5 water spraying. Rinsed tubs with tap water, flooded rockwoll and hydroton with tap water.

3/24 - 0929 - clones reservoir ph 5.8, ppm 180, temp 69F. Added additional 5.5 ph water. bottom of net pots were dry. Ambient temp 74.5F 59% humidity. Sprayed humidor. Goal water with 5.5 water at 1600.

3/24 - 0600 - Clone Box, PH 6.0, PPM 120, Temp 69, Watered with Aqua shield, Rapid start, Orca 2 quarts / 4. Finished with 5.5 water. Moved to corner, mocked up two DWC boxes. S2 & Black Russian popped up 1" height, Yellowing of top leaves. Sprayed seedlings mist w/ 5.5 water, added couple ounces to S1.

3/24 - 2300 - Added 5.5 water to clone box, cup'd out water from reservoir to clones and 5.5 water, also added another quart / 4 to each clone. 75F, 69% Humidity, reservoir 5.9, 180ppm, 69F.

3/25 - 0815 - Topped clones off with 5.5 water, looked a lot better. S2/S3 growing like mad 2"s, misted with 5.5 water. Gave S1 few ounces of water.

3/25 - 1100 - Room temps 68F 68% Humidity

3/25 - 1600 - Check clone box PPM/PH. Clonex added to spray mist 1/2 ML, 1/2 ml to bacteria bucket. Ph was 5.9, added 1/4 ml PH down. Added first mix of 300ppm nutrients. 1 cup per plant, 2 cup with reservoir water. added 1-2 ounces for s1. sprayed seedlings.

3/26 - 1600 ~220PPM, PH 6.1 added 1/4 ML to reservoir, 69F reservoir temperature, Humidity ~ 80% 68F, turned off humidifier. Watered clones with 2 cups of reservoir water, misted clones and seedings, watered s1 with few ounces of water.

3/26 2130 - Flushed each clones with 5.5 water, maybe too early for nutrients. Some leaves started to turn upward. Sticking with 5.5 water until clones look better. Inside leaves are yellow and tops. Stick with water and clonex until new leaves. Growth appears to be stunted. Took 1 gallon of water out of reservoir replaced with 5.5 water.

4/1 sometime - huge roots, moved to new netpots, transplanted to new containers, seeds as well. Nutes and water same.

4/4 sometime - diluted nutrient mix down to 280ppm, fed one quart per box.

4/8 1600 pk 2 & 4 at 330 ppm mix, 6.3 ph; pk 1 & 3 at 250 ppm mix, 6.3 ph, clone box = 120 ppm 6.1 PH. Everything looks great. Roots coming out PK pots.

4/13 - 4/15 - sometime, transplanted S1 to own DWC bucket; pk 1&3 showing slower growth but bigger leaves after nutrient change, half water, still looks good. pk 2&4 showing taller growth with nutrients just added w/o changing of water. Topped 1, 3, 2. Crazy amounts of white roots growing from everything. Clone box half water changed, nutes added. Doing well. PPM meter needs to be recalculated. Guessed new nutes are at 600ppm. Half cut with water. > 300ppm target.

4/16 Transplanted PK 1 & 3 to my super hydro buckets. I will veg under my HPS for another week. Plants are 14" tall.

Next steps, made some heisenberg tea, I have not used this yet; saved it for my flowering setup.

Move one of the next PK's into hydro bucket. I don't know how big I can grow. Current clones are around 30 days old.

I still can't edit my posts. Also thought it is worth mentioning I'm using Reverse Osmosis Water. Definitely worth the investment. However, I'm using Alkaline Filter instead of DI for adding minerals back in (I drink it); therefore I have to add some PH down. PPM is around 20-40.

I'm sure I'll get asked, but I have Venus Flytrap and a Pitcher plant as well. I had some gnatts come from packaged / dormant setup these came with. All bugs gone after a couple of days.

Here are my recipe charts. Everything is based off of 4 gallons in a 5 gallon bucket.

For new clones & seedlings: Beneficial Tea
5ml/ Orca
10ml/ AquaShield
1/4ml Rapid Start
2ml Clonex

For ROOTED clones, I dilute this mix down to about 300ppm. DO NOT use ANY nutrients on a clone until you see a good root system or at least a little new growth. Once I see substantial growth, I go ahead and use this at 500ppm. I use this throughout vegetative growth, up until a week before going to flower. All the plants you see above, have been on this recipe.

This beneficial tea is not removed, added to this mix is my beneficial tea; this is NOT the HEISENBERG TEA.
300ppm
Fill a 5 gal bucket with water, then add:
20ml Cal mag plus, or cali magic
20ml florablend
5ml flora bloom
10ml flora micro
15ml flora grow
5ml rapid start (optional)
5ml liquid seaweed (optional)

For vegetative growth, this recipe should bring you around 500ppm
Fill a 5 gal bucket with water, then add:
20ml Cal mag plus, or cali magic
20ml florablend
5ml flora bloom
10ml flora micro
15ml flora grow
5ml rapid start (optional)
5ml liquid seaweed (optional)

For transitional stage (one week before and two weeks into flower) (around 700ppm):
Fill a 5 gal bucket with water, then add:
20ml Cal mag plus, or cali magic
20ml florablend
15ml flora bloom
15ml flora micro
15ml flora grow

For full flowering (3rd week of flower, until flush) (800ppm):
Fill a 5 gal bucket with water, then add:
20ml Cal mag plus, or cali magic
20ml florablend
60ml flora bloom
40ml flora micro
10ml flora grow

Here is the Heisenberg tea I'm adding to my flower buckets.

Fill a 5 gal bucket with RO or distilled water (not tap water), add an airstone, and:

Anchient forest 1/2 cup/gal
AquaShield 10ml/gal
Molasses 1/2 tbsp/gal
GreatWhite 1/2 scoop per 5 gal
RootsExcellerator 1ml / gal
Rapid Start 1ml/gal
(the first 3 ingredients are necessary, the last 3 are optional)

Let it bubble for 48 hours. Then, flood the root zone of each plant.
