Ingredients

Flamin Hot Cheeto Mozzarella Sticks

  • 1 pound mozzarella
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • Flaming Hot Cheetos for breadcrumbs
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Vegetable oil (for frying; about 6 cups)
  • Kosher salt

Marinara Sauce

  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 Cup MagicalButter Infused Olive Oil

How To

Flamin Hot Cheeto Mozzarella Sticks

  • Cut mozzarella into 3x½” pieces.
  • Place flour in a shallow dish for dredging, then whisk the eggs and milk together in another dish. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, parsley, and thyme in third dish.
  • Working with one piece of mozzarella at a time, dredge in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere. Repeat steps for a second coating. Transfer to a parchment covered baking sheet.
  • Repeat with remaining mozzarella. Transfer tray with mozzarella sticks to freezer and freeze at least 1 hour.
  • Fit a large pot with a neutral fry oil, enough to cover up the mozzarella (about 2 inches). Heat over medium-high until a heat thermometer registers 350°.
  • Working in small batches, fry mozzarella, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp, about 2–3 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and season with salt while still hot. Serve with Marinara Sauce.

Marinara Sauce

  • Add all of your ingredients into the MagicalButter machine.
  • Secure the lid, then plug in your machine.
  • Press the Blend/Clean button.
  • Once the blend cycle is complete, set your temperature to 130°F then press the ‘1 Hour’ button.
  • Once your cycle is complete serve with mozzarella sticks.
