GT, you should talk to McCrackin about how to best accomplish this.

I've been following his journal and he knows as much or more about genetics than just about any grower I've ever met and he's a good guy who's happy to anwer questions.

His journal is here:

Those are nice words buddy, than you...My attention is grabbed…
If you want to preserve the twin, which by the way is WAY COOL. This is what I would do.
The separation was a good Idea if they survive.
First go 24/0 lights on. I would say the intensity of the light should be 4 bulb T-5 or greater. That way you can keep the chemicals low and keep sex off the plant until they are larger… this will also help with cloning….
Grow them up to about 1 foot each veg under 24/0. Then you will take clones of them. 2 per twin, gotta keep track…
Then bud clones to determine sex. IF you get identical twins, then you are going to have the same sex for all 4. If phraternal or something that’s called chemical-diopherniensis???? (Sp) in plants, you will get mixed sex… This would be so rare I would be trying to get personally invited to your place to come see…
What I would do is this… Hopefully you get males… When the clones bud out, collect pollen, work the pollen into females collect seeds.
If you get a mix-sex, breed them together.
If you get females, then grow out the 4 clones to bud, but put one in a chamber and run 1 on 2 off 3 on 4 off 5 on 6 off, 1 on 2 off 3 on 4 off…etc. You will look to hermie one of the clones, then breed them with the 3 other clones… all the while keeping the originals in 24/0 to keep the science clean.
The key to making this work is that you keep the original twins under 24/0 and in straight veg… until you determine what you actually have and then you can formulate how to bring the dominance.
I subscribed to this thread… I will be looking forward to the developments.
