durban poison first time grower.

Looking for some help in growing some Durban poison, will be only one plant in a home made grow box in soil (still to build) kept in my room cupboard, waiting on seeds being delivered ( bought from Dutch passion if that helps ) starting from scratch so any help would be great, read up quite a lot about it so know a few basics but no direct answers to any questions, any tips would be greatful.
