how to create a thread

I am new to this site and truly cannot figure out how to make a thread as I want to start a grow journal.. Can someone please help me out. Is it possible that I am not able to make a thread because I just registered on this site?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi jahrastafari,

First of all, make sure that you click on "Remember Me" when you log into 420 Magazine to stay logged in throughout your visit. To post a new thread, on the top and bottom left hand side of every forum page there is a black "Post New Thread" button. To reply to a post, at the bottom right hand side of each post there are "Reply" and "Reply with Quote" buttons.
