My Baby Plant has some little yellow spot. Is it normal?

Hi Dudes,

I watered my plants yesterday with some small amout of fertilizer for vegie state and noticed this morning that 2 leaves on the bigger plants have some yellow spots on it.

Is it normal or there is some issue that need to be fixed immediately?
