Nitrogen toxicity while flowering! - Need Help Please!

My girls are around four months old when i first started i got nutrients called Dr Earths Flower girl 4-10-7. Its not the type u mix with water to feed, but i mix in the the top soil and its suppose to release when watering. Well it worked great for veg but my dumb ass used it a month into flower big mistake cause now i have nitrogen toxicity. I looked on google for help but its only bringing up grows that feed nuts threw watering. which they say to flush. but with mine, every time i flush it would release more of whats killing the plant. . i think? please help me and these beautiful plants!
