root rot caused by over watering or could it be nutes?

Long time reader, first time writer. I am a pretty successful grower. Grown just about everything. Decided to switch to a DWC non circulating system and I have never had so many troubles. Ok, so I will go ahead and give some info to see if we can figure this out...2×2 room with hps and cfl lights hanging super close. Temp is 77 to 79. Might drop down to 74. Resevior is a 10 gallon bucket with 7.5 gallons of water and water temp are at 68 to 70. Sometimes they reach 72 but rarely. I'm using aqua canna nutes with a foliar feed of just rhizotonic. Ph is at 5.8 and I just changed the resevior using reverse osmosis water. I put nutes in a fifty percent and I added epson salt to fix what I think was a magnesium lock out due to my hard water. I added one teaspoon per gallon of 3% H2o2 because there was a bit of algea. I cleaned it out with bleach and cleaned all four air stones. Have two 20 gallon pumps in res so I know there is enough air. I just transplanted my plants a week ago from soil to DWC and I assume shock should be over by now but growth is stunted...plants keep drooping, I fixed the magnesium lock out but plants have one or two dark brown spots, big ones, on leaves. Plants literally look as if they are in seedling stage. They have five sets of small true leaves. Plant isn't even stretching i have around 50,000 lux per plant. Only two plants sharing the bucket. So I have light, temp, nutes, I don't know what's going on.

All I see is basically root growth. That's all. After changing res two days ago...the roots dramatically grew but leaves are neither growing up or out. They just droop as they go. The edges curl in a bit. The only thing I can guess is the humidity which is the only thing I seem to have a problem with. It Reaches 16 percent. Usually stays in low 20. Why the big brown spot and why the dropping/ edges curling in, if I seem to be doing things up to par. Other plants are bigger now and they are in soil. Can provide pics if needed. All help is appreciated.

Could I be underfeeding? I doubt. Ppm meter broke but with the size of the plant, it is not drinking all the nutes so there is no way there can be underfeeding. I think?!
