Just heard this on NPR ...

"Remember the 7 P's ... Proper Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance" - Arnold Schwarzenegger stating a military adage.

This wisdom carries over to our discipline as well, don't you agree? ;)

Good quote. There are lots like that in the military. My favorite is from my Drill Instructors:

"Take care of the little things, and the big things will take care of themselves."

I was in the marines, Paris Island, I heard this as well. I also heard I was going to die and come home in a body bag like a million times... I don't know if that was enthousiam or becuase they though I was an idiot.... hemmm
