Hash Plant Cannaoil - Night Time Pain Relief & Insomnia Buster

Ingredients:
130 ml of sunflower oil
10g Hash Plant
1 tbsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Instructions:
Grind up the pot while you heat the oven to 230F.
Wrap a length of tin foil around a baking sheet and spread your ground pot across it. Pop in the oven for 110 minutes.
