Can I defoliate during flowering?

So I placed a clone in a small Kratky jar with rock wool and put in enough water to keep rock wool wet. Hoping this will take off. also raised the temp in the tent. Hoping all will be good.

Do I need to do a flush before I flip to flower?

so I have read that distilled water is the best. I am making my own distilled water for about 9 cents a liter or quart for Americans. Are you finding that it seems to be paying off? I notice a marked improvement in growth

Some of what I have read swears by distilled water. I have noticed a difference since switching to distilled.

so I placed a security camera in my grow tent so I can see my temp and humidity as well as see that the irrigation pump works on time. Will the infrared light on the night cycle hurt my plants?
