You might have to go a foot higher with the light to start. I use a PS Dwarf Star and it needs to be a minimum of 36" from a seedling to keep the leaves from curling. Ease the light in slow and watch for stress.

It looks like the kit comes with two blue and red spectrum LEDs. They will work to flower but I would leave the t5 on as well to balance the light spectrum. LEDs are great in the right spectrum. I use one of LEDRF's Perfect Sun leds as it has a complete spectrum including IR and UV.

I ran a setup like this for years and totally agree with less sprayers. I used 8 in my spray bar and got a good mist. Those spray heads need a lot of volume to atomize the water correctly.
