oop- I see that you are using florescents. You can count on the yield being 1/4 the wieght of what an HPS would have produced for you under the same conditions. (perhaps a yield of 1oz/plant) I never got above 2 0z per plant under florescents-same strain-got 6oz under HPS (600w)

I got some input for you buddy... I wouldn't believe that 5oz estimate either. The ak strains in particular. The AK strains are indica/ruderallis strains. They grow very low, as you may already know, and therefore lack the overall plant size needed to reach 4oz or more in good conditions...

Hey there, I would recommend the cooltube. You can literally touch the "cool tube" that the bulb fits inside of. It pulls air right over the bulb, and allows you to get that 1000w lamp closer to your plants. It removes heat like a charm. Which is indeed an issue with 1000w lamps!

Indeed, I have run accross both strains. Obviously they have been cross-bred. The white widow, is a stronger, taller strain. It's genetics should produce bulkier stems, and bush, but not too heavy buds. The mango is finicky. It responds badly to overfertilization, and treatments for bugs...
