I wanna build a white reflector, is alluminium a good material? Or is white plastic better?

Also i have a question, i have 2 plants i dont wanna flower nor grow right now, but I don't wanna kill them, can i keep them alive with just one 20w light?

I aldeady have a growing light. 150w,but that's only goos for one plant, so i wanna grow another with standard lights.

Whats better, cfls, or leds? Im taking about normal household e27 led bulbs, are they better than cfl considering lower heat output and better efficiency? How many Actual Watts of leds do i need for a small plant? Are 5 20watts ones enough? Whats the yield gonna be like? 0.5g per watt?

I do have enough light tho, my girls are growing grate. I just dont wanna use 90x90, the lights are enough, what im asking is if the reflective material being far renders it useless

Whats the best lst technique to keep weed super low for a stealth grow? Outdoors, i need to keep. Them under 70cm, if i don't control them the grow 2 meters....

I have a 90x90cm tent, and a ts-1000 growing light,which is underpowered for 90x90, I'm using that black and white reflective plastic for groiwng, not sure what the name is. Does it even help considering the plants are 20-40 away from the walls? How far does it reflect?
