Should I remove the plant from my growing room? Will affect the other plants?

This is my first grow. Plant is 3 1/2 weeks into flowering. Is this growth on the bottom normal?

about 5 days since ive set them in rockwoll. soaked in 6.0 ph water. dipped stems in clonex. have been misting them 3-4 times a day the past few days. they are in a homemade propagator. any help will be great. thanks

I have 4 plants growing and only 1 is having problems. Plants are 1 week into flowering. (2months and 1week old) been feeding them Blue plant nutes. Give fresh water after every two nute feeds. ph is 6.5 anyone have any idea?
