Is my plant Herming?

This is my first grow. Plant is 3 1/2 weeks into flowering. Is this growth on the bottom normal?

Should I remove the plant from my growing room? Will affect the other plants?

yes you definitely have to remove it cuz those are pollen sacks! and will impregnate your other girls.... lol
