High! YVW! To give someone rep points on a post, look on the left side under their name, towards the bottom of their post. You see a round button looks grey (green when they are online) and next to it is a white scale (looks like a snowflake popsicle to me! lol) and the red triangle with an exclamation point in the middle? To add rep to a member you click on the white scale, wait till the dialog box opens and you can add a comment if you like and then submit! Once you find it, you will see it on every post and you can add to someones rep whenever you choose to. Hope that helps you out!
