14 off 10 on

I was reading some journals and saw that some people switch to a 14/10 cycle after a while, and that doing this fattens up the buds some what because the plant grows better in the dark. Is this true and should I do it do my plants?

This is a contriversal subject bro. I have heard alot of people doing this but here is the facts. The most optimum light period for flowering mj plants is 12/12. Been alot of studies and all point to this answer.
