That's always the case with these "war on drugs" kind of governments. France suffers a lot from ignorance and systematic stigmatization of cannabis and users in general.
Let's hope that, with the situation opening itself up in the us and the example Portugual is currently setting, France will get more educated about this problem that actually isn't one.
