4 weeks into flower Males?

I have 12 lants that have been on 12/12 for 4 weeks now but one of them has little balls they look like seeds but it is also growing buds nicely, does this mean its female or do males grow buds like females!, i'll try and get some pics uploaded asap
any advice welcomed

Pictures would definitely help mate.. hard to tell. If it's a girl, it should have little pistil hair coming out between the branches. If it already has sacks, it may be a guy which does not produce buds :/

probly a hermie if its showing both sexes but hard to tell with no pictures
