The basic idea is to fill the screen about 50-60% with a Sativa before the flip and more like 60-70% with an Indica.

Veg time is going to be long enough to fill the screen to the correct %. Depending on screen height, style of grow, and plant genetics this could take you anywhere from 3 weeks to 8weeks +.
