5x5x7 - 400W MH/HPS HID setup, Need advice

Hello, I am new to your forum, I am usually a outdoor grower, but I have done Indoor also, I have recently just setup a 5x5x7 grow tent it is currently equipped with a 400W HPS I also have 300W of additional CFL lighting I can use for supplemental lighting if needed , Would anyone have experience in perpetual growing , I am looking to harvest at least once a month at minimum if possible anything sooner in between would be great but I am not asking the world if need to be every month is fine. Thank you for any kind help I can get, I grow to relieve stomach spasm and other colon problems.
