5x8 room ideas

i need some ideas or tips i was thinking about spliting the rooms into two. 3x5 room and a 5x5 room. in the 5x5 room 600watt or leds and the 3x5 four 2 tube Fluorescent lights.
about the temperture, humidity, smell
